1. Overview

At Vomrelonmyshex, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products and request a refund. This policy is in accordance with Finnish consumer protection law (Kuluttajansuojalaki 38/1978) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

2. Right of Withdrawal (Distance Selling)

As a consumer purchasing online (distance sale), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. This right is provided under Chapter 6 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

2.1 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

Your withdrawal notification must include:

  • Your full name and contact details.
  • The order number or reference.
  • The date you received the product.
  • A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received, without damage caused by the consumer.
  • The return request must be made within the 14-day withdrawal period.

3.1 Exceptions

In accordance with Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Finnish law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery (e.g., opened dietary supplement packaging).
  • Goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.

4. Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to notify us of your intent to return.
  • Step 2: We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal notice and provide return instructions.
  • Step 3: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
  • Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.

You must send the product back no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal to us.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective or was sent in error, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

6. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund as follows:

  • We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (except additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered).
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
  • We will process the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned product or, if earlier, from the day you provide evidence of having sent it back.

7. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match what you ordered, you are entitled to:

  • A replacement product at no additional cost.
  • A full refund, including return shipping costs borne by us.

Please contact us within a reasonable timeframe after discovering the defect. Under Finnish consumer protection law, you have the right to make a complaint about a defective product within a reasonable time, and the seller is liable for defects that existed at the time of delivery.

8. Consumer Rights

This Return Policy does not limit or affect your statutory consumer rights under Finnish law and EU regulations. As a consumer in Finland or the EU, you are entitled to certain rights that cannot be waived, including:

  • The right to a product that conforms to the contract.
  • The right to remedies (repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination) in case of non-conformity.
  • The right to seek assistance from Finnish consumer advisory services (Kuluttajaneuvonta) or submit a dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta).

You may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for resolving disputes related to online purchases.

9. Changes to This Return Policy

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Changes will not affect orders placed before the update.
